E-mail addresses entered into the IKM test registration process are used to deliver test notifications and reminders to the test taker and test results to the test administrator, third party individuals and the test taker as selected by the test administrator in the test registration process.

E-mail addresses of test administrators and other client users are occasionally included in IKM company mailings about new product features etc. These mailings can be opted out of.

To protect its status as a validated email producer IKM requires that the test administrator obtains the consent of the testtaker or any third party individuals to use the designated e-mail addresses in advance of test scheduling.
