IKM, a leading provider of web-based employee and candidate knowledge measurement solutions and services, today announced that it has become a member of the Return Path Certification program. Return Path is the largest, most respected whitelist program in the industry. As a program member, IKM is part of a network of trust that covers more than 1.3 billion mailboxes. IKM e-mail practices have been audited and approved by Return Path.
It is important to IKM that the IKM Online e-mails notifying client administrators and test takers of scheduled assessments and test results are received. Return Path’s e-mail certification will improve our e-mail delivery and ensure that our e-mails are not blocked as SPAM.
To become a certified program member requires adherence to strict program standards. This required that IKM modify its test administration processes to:
- ensure the Test Administrator did receive the consent of the test taker to use his e-mail address to deliver test notifications and test results and
- ensure the Test Taker provided his permission to use his e-mail address for test administration purposes.
