This test determines understanding of standard practices for business communication and ability to create clear, effective, professional business documents. The test covers grammar and punctuation; appropriate creation and content of email messages as well as associated standards of email etiquette; sentence structure, word usage, tone, and word choice; organization and focus of workplace communication; and conveying the proper message. This test uses the IKM Linear Testing Platform which provides the same questions in the same order to every test taker.
