This test covers general knowledge of using common features within the Epic Software electronic medical records (EMR) platform. It is for everyday users of Epic, such as doctors, nurses, and administrative staff. It covers working with patient information, navigating and accessing patient data in an Epic installation, knowing where patient information should be entered, and discharging patients. A separate test covering common IT Helpdesk issues while working in Epic is also available for IT Support roles. This test uses the IKM Linear Testing Platform which provides the same questions in the same order to every test taker.
