This appointment follows IKM’s substantial success for the past 12 months, having doubled its revenue and increased its product offerings.
Known primarily for its flagship product IKM TeckChek™, the leading IT assessment solution, IKM now offers a complete range of assessments for knowledge, skill, aptitude and aptitude in various disciplines such as sales, ERP, project management, basic computing skills, secretarial, nursing and call center.
Coupled with the increase of enterprise clients where IKM’s products are implemented across the organization for key functions such as recruiting, skill gap analysis, training measurement, certification and project planning, IKM needed a strong sales leader to ensure its ongoing success.

With over 4 years experience at IKM, firstly as Account Manager and then as Enterprise Sales Director, Walsh has demonstrated excellent sales and leadership abilities as he has serviced and extended the client base including Keane, Compuware.
Also instrumental in the development of IKM VirtualRecruiter™, a solution that reduces the manual effort involved in assessing job applications, Walsh offers an innovative approach to the sales cycle.
As National Sales Director, Walsh will be responsible for the direct sales force, sales plans, execution of strategic marketing and overall customer satisfaction. His focus will be on supporting his team to deliver and exceed on targets while ensuring clients gain tangible ROI from its products.
Walsh brings a wealth of knowledge to the company, having been with CareerBuilder, Parametric Technology Corporation and Minolta Business Systems, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Iowa State University.
