IKM’s latest product enhancements improves reporting and streamlines scheduling |
| New Jersey, USA – Thursday, July 27, 2006 IKM, a leading provider of web-based employee and candidate knowledge measurement solutions and services, today announced the latest release of its adaptive assessment range.Already at the cutting edge with its adaptive assessment methodology, these enhancements solidify IKM’s position as a superior provider of employment tests for hiring, training, certification and workforce planning.
Known worldwide for its flagship IT assessment IKM TeckChek™, this latest release will provide greater power and flexibility for the user as well as improve ease of use. Assessments now include Custom Reporting Variables that allow unlimited user-defined fields to be allocated to any assessment when scheduled. With the ability to apply any desired criteria such as age, education, experience or region against any assessment-takers results, users will be able to build a greater profile of their candidates or employees. All fields are stored in the Human Intelligence Database (HID) and are available for analysis and reporting using any of IKM’s standard reports including IKM SkillGap Analysis™ and IKM CompareScores™. Unified Test Scheduling has also been added to IKM’s online assessments to simplify the scheduling process for clients. Previously incorporating various screens, IKM now provides a single screen to schedule any test from its assessment library, whether its for IT, sales, call center or clerical. Finding the test you want has never been easier, with search options for category, test name or test package. Knowledge Percent Indicator (KPI) has also been introduced to provide an additional metric to evaluate assessment results. Key for establishing certification requirements, KPI measures the extent of which an individual’s knowledge covers the scope of the subject matter.
