This corporate tax test is to measure knowledge of tax preparation professionals for corporate income taxes. It covers taxation by corporation type including how corporations are treated based upon recent tax laws; netting of gains and losses; tax law and jurisdictions including authority to tax; and tax compliance as per acceptable accounting methods and filing practices. This test is specific to the United States. It uses the IKM Linear Testing Platform which provides the same questions in the same order to every test taker.
