This individual tax test is to measure knowledge of tax preparation professionals for individual income tax returns. It includes knowledge of the different parts of Form 1040; determining what is considered income that must be reported; calculating tax requirements for individuals; and understanding of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA). It is specific to tax laws in the United States. This test uses the IKM Linear Testing Platform which provides the same questions in the same order to every test taker.
